- Work slowly and practice it bit by bit.
- Learn the rhythms first.
- Practice the tricky bits
- Follow the tutorial video. Keep pausing to practice, don't try to do it all at once!
- Can you play it all the way through without the letters?
- When you can play it slowly and neatly, start speeding up!

Sharing (unevenly) over 60 years of teaching experience between them, two music teachers from neighbouring schools, Rod Arran and Tom Cambata, decided during the Covid 'lock-down' to create a site to support their students.
There are resources for whole class recorders and brass; EYFS, KS1 and KS2 singing; extra curricular instrumental and ensemble music: videos, tutorials, audio demos, play-a-longs, sing-a-longs and sheet music.

Tom and Rod teach at Brecknock and Torriano Federation Schools as well as Fleet and Coleridge Primary schools and Camden School for Girls in the London Borough of Camden.
Outside teaching they also play together in the band 'Taktylos'.
